Give a Job
Alumni play a crucial role in the future of IIT. Illinois Institute of Technology's success depends on an energetic and engaged alumni base. To that end, the Career Management Center (CMC) encourages alumni to provide referrals to companies and organizations that would benefit from employing IIT students and alumni.
You can assist in providing opportunities to students and fellow alumni in need of career opportunities.
- Put a student to work! IIT students benefit from real-world work experience. The best way to get this experience is through paid and unpaid internships and co-ops. If you have a full-time or part-time internship or co-op suitable for an IIT student or know of a friend with one, please contact us.
- Bring jobs to IIT! No matter what field you're in, we invite you to recruit IIT students and fellow alumni through our fall and spring career fairs, information sessions, on-campus interviewing, corporate days, and mock interviewing among other recruiting options. If you have an open position that you are hiring for, please post it on NACElink, IIT's online jobs database for students and alumni. Also, if you know of any organizations that can benefit from recruiting outstanding candidates, please be sure to connect them to the CMC.

The CMC staff is dedicated to assisting alumni in developing and maintaining skills that will benefit the unique needs of today's employer.
- NACElink is our online job database that enables students and alumni to view hundreds of job openings that are accessible only to IIT alumni and students. Alumni will have the ability to create and manage their profiles, upload resumes, register for employer spotlights, on-campus interviews, and our bi-annual career fairs.
